CKBC in an effort to offer its membership value and professional services has developed the Enhanced Services Program. The offerings within this program include:
Blue Ribbon Program - Designed to help all clubs within CKBC’s membership to strive to provide the best experience for their clubs and members by providing a minimum standard of club operations.
Club Observation Program - Designed to assist clubs in developing their organization in a standardized or best practice fashion so they can spend more time on recruiting new paddlers, and less time with day to day operations.
Club Outreach Program - Designed to assist clubs in developing their programs at the operational level. This may include summer programs, school programs, and much more.
Club Operations Manual - Designed to provide CKBC member clubs a best practices manual of everyday club operations.
Regional Development Fund - The Regional Development Fund is available for member clubs to access with the intention to assist in delivering Regional Programming in specific areas of paddle development.
