Enhanced Services Program
CKBC in an effort to offer its membership value and professional services has developed the Enhanced Services Program. The offerings within this program include:
Designed to help all clubs within CKBC’s membership to strive to provide the best experience for their clubs and members by providing a minimum standard of club operations.
Designed to assist clubs in developing their organization in a standardized or best practice fashion so they can spend more time on recruiting new paddlers, and less time with day to day operations.
Designed to assist clubs in developing their programs at the operational level. This may include summer programs, school programs, and much more.
Designed to provide CKBC member clubs a best practices manual of everyday club operations.
The Regional Development Fund is available for member clubs to access with the intention to assist in delivering Regional Programming in specific areas of paddle development.
CKBC currently has 3 paddlesport development workshops curated and ready to deliver to club's upon their request.
