Membership

Membership with Canoe Kayak BC can take the form of a number of different ways. The membership year runs from April 1 - March 31

Membership Types

• Club Membership
  • Clubs, Societies, or other Associations who are accepted into the membership by the Board of Directors of the Society, by a resolution of the Board, or such other manner that may be determined by the Directors from time to time.
• Commercial Membership

  • a member who is accepted into the membership who is a commercial, private, or business community. 
• Educational Membership

  • a member who is accepted into the membership which is an established educational institution within the Province of BC. 
• Individual Membership
  • an individual member who is accepted into the CKBC membership by joining a specific discipline, or group. A single designate from each specific Individual Membership discipline holds one vote in CKBC. The discipline or group is established by the Board of Directors each year.
